What are the top houses at other schools in TX? Like UT, SMU, Tech, Baylor, UNT, etc?

yeah, TriDelt, Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi have not colonized at Texas State, but Kappa is at North Texas and TriDelt and Theta are at UTDallas. It wasn't until North Texas became the University of North Texas, that some of the sororities were willing to colonize.

PiPhi, Kappa, Theta usually do not have chapters at tier 2 schools.
