aggie mens organizations
by: none0hey im a freshman at a&m starting my spring semester. when i came here i knew i didn't want to join a frat at least in the fall semester, just so i wouldn't tank my grades and overwhelm myself. I didn't know about mens orgs till a month or so into school. I have been looking to join one and i wanted to know which i should consider. the one that has my attention is AMA. i went to the halloween party they had and really liked it. Ive also heard AMC is solid. And just a couple days ago heard of Paradigm (don't really know anything about them). Which ones do you like, what can i expect out of them (as far as what they do), and whats their reputation like?

Men's organizations are good on campus and some of them even hangout with top tier sororities. Amc is probably the best. Ol ags and byx are also good. Byx is much more Christian though. Amc is kind of hispterish but has a ton of total normal guys that could be in fraternities. Ole ags is less hipstery. Amc hangs out with Tridelt a lot. I've personally never heard of the other organizations you've mentioned. While they don't do as much as fraternities, I'd say they have better quality guys in amc and ole ags than in any of the fraternities. That doesn't mean as many girls will come to your events though.
