I've met one aephi girl in my time at a&m and she was super cool, but the sorority is so lowkey that most people forget that they exist. it's partially because they don't go through formal recruitment like they do at UT. phi hangs out with one chapter only (sammy) which is also why they aren't considered more relevant - if they branched out more socially and hung out with more fraternities than just one it would be beneficial to them. however, to each chapter their own! all in all seem nice enough but nobody really knows anything about their chapter because they aren't involved in panhellenic.

The reality is that these girls are just different. They wanted to be in a smaller chapter that was more low-key. That doesn’t mean they aren’t as cool or popular or whatever you think is important in greek life. Hating on a group of people for having different values is just weird. Every single phi I’ve met is always so sweet, gorgeous and smart. Don’t let the haters keep you down ladies!!
