Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 3.0 My roommates and I all had rec letters, one had 5, me and one other had 1. Many of them followed all of us on Instagram over the summer and even right before rush started. The one with 5 rec letters got cut in go greek round. Me and the other roommate made it to philanthropy, we both had really good conversations and one of us even talked to the VP who said she loved us. One of us also got an oral bid. We both got cut for sisterhood though. Don't know what they're looking for...maybe an image? @achios If you don't like someone maybe you should tell them straight up instead of giving an oral bid and saying you love us. Seems fake!

I’m sorry you had that experience. I encourage you to tell your rho gams about this. Sororities aren’t supposed to oral bid or contact PNMs.

Rec letters don’t mean anything!! It’s nice to have but it’s all about personality and where you would fit in best :)

Dear Pathetic, Just because some AXO’s followed you right before recruitment, doesn’t mean that you are “automatically” going to be an AXO. They made a big push and followed A LOT of PNM’s. You are only required 1 rec.. why did your friend get 5?! 😂 no one believes for on second that you 3 goof balls got an “oral bid” no one does that 🙄 are you sure when they said “nice to meet you, we’ve heard so much about you” that you didn’t read into that, and just heard what you wanted to hear? 😏 Sorry you’re miffed , but If they cut you, why would You WANT them?! Salvage your pride, and move on! Hoping you and your 2 goof ball friends are getting along better and you pledge a house that’s a better fit! Take care!

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 2.4 The girl I got paired with was actually so pretty but the conversation was dry af :( it made me kinda sad bc I love this house but I’ve been noticing a trend that they’re super self absorbed and care abt superficial things... barely talked about philanthropy yesterday and today had a 10 min convo about insta posts and didn’t really mention sisterhood besides getting to dress up cute taking pics ... idk I’m confused but just not sure they’re genuine

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.9 I zoomed with them and was nervous but they made me feel comfortable right away! The girls were so sweet. Every AXO I know is friendly and aren't "party animals." They are also very passionate about their philanthropy.
