It's pretty obvious that the only reason they have so many negative rankings is because the same Delt keeps spamming the top 5 in hopes people will start taking his fraternity seriously

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.4 Met a few of them tonight. Great guys overall. A bit too rowdy but definitely super nice and cool. Guys have an unmatched brotherhood from what I've seen. I'd honestly put them in my top 3

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.8 Not the wealthiest or necessarily the wildest but their parties are usually pretty fun and the guys are easy to like. Mostly good looking. Not the best fraternity on campus but probably top 3 or 4

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.8 If you ask who's top house on campus SigEp will never be the answer. But if you ask girls who their favorite fraternity is or who has the coolest guys SigEp is on the list 9 times out of 10. Fun parties & nice guys. Their last two pledge classes have been pretty popular across the board and the new one looks like it has good potential. They seem to get along well with the rest of Greek life too, because there's always some guys and girls from just about every fraternity/sorority at their events
