Let's be real. Bottom tier. Bids guys who can't compete for top to mid tier houses. Socializes with mostly bottom tier sororities like KD and GPhi and lower mid tier like AXO, also wanna be sorority girls - Ryllies etc. Considered insignificant by the mid to top tier sororities. Anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves.

This is kind of too harsh. As a TAMU frat, theyre middle-to-uppermid tier. Last year they were doing significantly better than before, had Riff Raff which was fun!, recruited some better guys, but overall would stilll call them better than "bad frats" like Kappa Sig and ATO and DKE and PhiDelt etc. My point is there's a lot of factors as to why PIKE isnt as bad here as this poster thinks they are

We didn't lose our house, we decided not to renew our lease this year because we got a much better house on Wellborn. Phi Delt is now using our old house.

Really not sure where all the hate for this frat comes from.... they are some of the most genuine guys I know and have come across in the Greek system. Y’all keep it up
