These boys are fo sure on the come up. May not on the same tier as Delt, Sigma Chi, or SAE, but definitely a fun group of guys. They the friend zone frat. Great dudes tho

May not be a top three house right now but on the come up you can’t argue that. House isn’t that great and needs improvement but they have pretty good social events.
