transferring

Can juniors rush? I am transferring in the spring as a sophomore but i saw on here that I would need 12 credits and at that time I will not meet that requirement.. is there anyway to get around that?

To be honest, most houses don't accept juniors. Credits or not, juniors are too old for the PC.
