Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 2.6 last year i would've put dphie as middle tier, but after this rush its clear that theyre bottom. don't get me wrong they're all pretty nice and cool, but literally every girl dropped deeph after the first round so their new pc is made up of almost all rolling bids. just really average girls who don't all even know each other.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 4.2 not top tier yet, but on the come up. some girls are weird but this house is very overlooked. they got a really good pc with some really hot girls, and they are sweet. they deserve to rise up and i think they will.
