Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.3 These guys throw the best parties by far with top sororities. Most are good looking, the typical frat boys. They are all hilarious and know how to make anyone laugh. One of the best pc's ive also seen this spring. Theyve been rising these past 2 years. Some guys are douches though
