Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 3.8 i'd say way better than aepi, delt, and ato but not top tier and they're trying to be. not a bad house but they'd have to do a lot more.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 3.8 Ok brothers are starting to look better these days, I'll give them that. Still, socially they don't compare to the top houses. Parties are a hit or miss.
