Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 2.4 Me and my girls love this house. I have never felt unsafe at phi kap, mostly because when you get to the house the first floor is completely vacant. The brothers make jungle juice and quickly scuttle to their rooms henceforth the ladies may drink without disturbance. I love this house. Free drinks, no squids if you can’t see any brothers
