All of these are considered top 4 then everything else kinda drops off. With that being said, all houses have good guys and it's all about finding your fit.

3. FIJI- heard formal flew by...almost like they didn't last the weekend
4. SAE/Phi Psi-really just ferda ya know almost like they can't actually throw parties
5. Snu- I think they are still relevant but half the pledges apparently didn't
6. Delta Chi- greasy but real beauties
7. Beta/Theta Chi-bout the same size mixed bag of weirdos and chill dudes
8. TKE/Sammys-like hella far out there god damn

SAE isn’t the top house. Not even hating, last year you could put them around 4-5, but with no real social scene this year, they’re not jumping the three consistently prominent houses. Plus, getting in trouble with nationals again is a bad look.

Delt isn’t 5. What is delt? Where is delt? Who is delt? Phi Psi is 5.
