Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.7 Awesome frat, super friendly guys who treat women well and even have a frat code for how to treat women, the parties are awesome and feel safe. The guys are good looking and very friendly and not douchebags. They are more of a blue collar frat than the others and have more humble members.
