Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.8 These guys definitely throw the best parties, but unlike some of the other houses on campus they actually have respect for women and make sure everyone gets home safely. LOVE these boys
