DKE got in trouble a few years back and that gave them lots of issues with recruiting, so they are now a fairly small house. What they lack in numbers they make up for in character, attractiveness, and social presence. We were paired with them for homecoming and the guys were super cool, they threw a great party, and had a gigantic presence at pairing events despite having so few members. No doubt that DKE is on the up and up.

For such a small chapter, they sure have an ego. These guys have been rude to girls in my chapter and while participating in homecoming competitions have only showed up drunk and refuse to participate and listen.

As a member of the greek community, I really like the DKE guys. They are growing well, and taking strides in improvement. Always down to have a good time no matter the circumstances.

GREAT HOUSE, these guys are super friendly and unlike at most Rush events they remember your name. They're small, but they couldn't recruit for the last four years so that didn't help. Always down to chat and their basement was made to Party!

Wasn't interested in fraternities at all, but ended up rushing if only to meet new people. Ended up joining DKE because of one reason, the guys. I knew the house had trouble in the past, but everyone I talked to seemed committed to rebuilding. At other fraternities it seemed like you needed to approach others to talk, but at DKE the brothers would always make sure they talked to you. These guys go out off their way to make people feel welcomed and their the best brothers a guy could have.

Visited as a rush guest through a sorority girlfriend. Their problem is that they are very uncomfortable in the Greek System in general. They don't fit in. Most of the guys badmouth the other fraternities and they don't have a network of friends within the fraternities or sororities. They prefer to stick to a small group, drink, and play video games in their rooms. They have zero alumni network. A friend was a their homecoming last year and a few recent grads showed up but no one over 30.

This is a really funny comment...because I am friends with lots of DKE alumni who visit the house all of the time. For being a smaller fraternity...a lot of them turned out to be very successful people. I could go on forever and talk about how awesome of a group of guys all of the DKE's I have met are for days, both alum and active members. Seeing how close of friends and how good of a time they all had together was what inspired me to join my sorority. Generally, all just a very diverse, down to earth group of guys. The kind of people you actually want to hang out with. They don't strive to be a bunch of douche bags.

I should elaborate...I meant for being a smaller fraternity a rather large amount of the guys I know were very successful.
