Alpha Gamma Rho - ΑΓΡ Fraternity at University of Minnesota Twin Cities - UMN 4.2 No sure where WHPH is from, but they obviously are in a rival house and have been brainwashed to hate AGR. I live in Mpls and after being paired with these guys twice for Homecoming, I have to say they are top notch. Very friendly, down to earth and they work hard. Their members are the cream of St Paul, and they are rarely "inside" their house. Heck, they were ranked in the top 3 for frats in 2012! Not that popular in Mpls, but I hold them in high regard.
