This place fell off the deep end hard as hell. I remember I rushed and on the first night, an hour in they offered me a bid, and they were begging me to join bc they didn't have any pledges... do not. The house is full of really creepy guys who are extremely rude. They invited me to a "Tier 3 Party", aka their biggest party of the year and only 10 other people showed other than the brothers. It is the cheapest house on row for a reason...

Beta has a really genuine group of guys with an amazing brotherhood. They have had some bigger parties this year that were a blast, but they’re all super chill to just hang with too. I would recommend going here, super solid guys and they are extremely respectful of women at their house, I always feel comfortable

Decent for a small house but there are much better houses to party at. My friends said they can be a little eager to get with girls which has been a problem
