Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 2.7 If they get their old house back from pike in 2020 AND hold onto their off campus house as a satellite? Then sky is the limit for these new guys. For now still plenty of work to do. Need to work on recruiting and not letting rando creeps into your parties to scare girls away

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.9 One of the only frats that let guys in....but that is because they were just reestablished last year and they need the exposure. House has potential. New PC class like the girl said below was pretty meh. Throw a banger which uses your whole backyard and you could challenge SigEp or any top tier for their buck

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.0 So I actually just came out from a party they threw. The music was kind of wack, maybe it was the dj (someone said it was a last minute dj). I met some of the PC this semester and it wasn’t strong at all. This house has a lot of potential though and could be top tier if managed right

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 1.9 Pretty much only freshman go to their parties. Their house is pretty sick (off campus) but parties blow. Literally all freshman, watered down drinks, guys not so nice and ask for Sdsu red id at door?? Lol what. Not sure what other people saying about their parties being best at SDSU, it was the worst I’ve been to personally and made me feel like I was in high school again

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.0 These guys started out with literally 5 guys last fall. I need to give credit where it is due, it's impressive that so many people are even talking about them already. I'd personally prefer to join a more established house but these guys are really doing some things right. Looking forward to seeing them grow
