Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.4 These guys threw a really fun “October 3rd” party this month at their house which is huge. They don’t let people inside during parties and close off the upper balcony which would help the crowding issue. The bartender 10/10

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 2.7 If they get their old house back from pike in 2020 AND hold onto their off campus house as a satellite? Then sky is the limit for these new guys. For now still plenty of work to do. Need to work on recruiting and not letting rando creeps into your parties to scare girls away

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 3.9 One of the only frats that let guys in....but that is because they were just reestablished last year and they need the exposure. House has potential. New PC class like the girl said below was pretty meh. Throw a banger which uses your whole backyard and you could challenge SigEp or any top tier for their buck
