UCF confirmed Thursday afternoon that the Theta Chi fraternity is on interim suspension for alcohol misconduct. The indicated violations are:
“Alcohol Misconduct (6e) – Furnishing or causing to be furnished any alcoholic beverage to any person in a state of noticeable intoxication.” “Alcohol Misconduct (6e) – Furnishing or causing to be furnished any alcoholic beverage to any person under the legal drinking age.” There were four student meetings, according to UCF records.
