Thoughts on Pike returning to UCF??

Pi Kappa Alpha is returning to UCF in Fall 2025 according to IFC website. It’s highly unlikely they will have a house, but nationals at Pike tend to give bids to 100+ students when colonizing/recolonizing at a new university. They were previously at UCF until they disbanded in the mid 2000s - their house was where the KKG and Chi O houses are today. But now that it’s all new people, what are everyone’s thoughts on this??
