Frat rush advise

I’m rushing a frat in a couple weeks and I’m wondering if you guys have any advise for rush and frats I should be focusing on.

ΘΧ, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΖΒΤ, ΦΓΔ are the most successful fraternities based on overall performance.

ΘΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΣΦ, ΦΓΔ, ΤΚΕ are the nicest / friendliest guys.

ΘΧ, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΦΔΘ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΣΦ are the most popular.

ΘΧ, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΦΓΔ have the highest GPA.

ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ, ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΣΦ, ΦΓΔ, ΤΚΕ, ΣΑΕ, ΠΚΦ are diverse and accepting.

ΘΧ & ΦΔΘ are not diverse and are hostile / not accepting.
