It's not technically dirty rushing but it still sucks.
If you have a cousin or BFF they want and they know your connection, they will string you along then put you at the bottom of their pref list and your cousin/BFF at the top. You will get your second choice. It happened to my room mate 2 years ago and she was crushed.

i’m in an upper mid and i got dropped from KD & ADPi early. ZTA drags girls along bc they are mean.
