DZ and Gphi Housing

Hi PNM here

is it possible for DZ and GPhi to get a house? I am curious about rushing them and I was interested how that works, do they need a house on campus to free up or can they have one off campus if they want?

yes, so no.

they wont be able to get a house because all the houses on campus are taken by other frats / sororities and they don’t plan on building.
