y'all need to stop with the "top, mid, and bottom" tiers, like what is this high school? grow tf up and just pick the organization you want based on its values, not looks. there are beautiful people in all of the chapters on campus, so if you're looking to join based on someone's appearance or the instagram aesthetic, you're joining for the wrong reasons.

I get what you are saying, tiers are superficial. People will join your frat/srat if your group is fun, genuine and thriving. It’s better to have a cute true friend than to have a hot stranger as a sister/brother.
Fortunately most people aren’t tier driven and end up where they are meant to be. If they join only for the status they usually end up disappointed or drop.
