Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 3.0 I feel like they’re only considered top tier bc they’ve been around forever. They have their “face team” which consists of like 20 of their hottest guys & the rest are your average good-looking guys that you could find in just about any other top/mid tier frat. Their “house” is in the ghetto & it’s in need of some serious TLC. They’re kind of involved on campus but you never really hear much else about them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 2.6 They are a cool group of guys but you can tell that their oversized egos always get in the way. There is a lot of douches within the brotherhood and they're craving for "top tier" makes them try to act way cooler than they actually are.
