They take a huge pledge class of about 60 every year and then drop half of them once they pay their dues. Stealing money from pledges, plus they're a bunch of kids who think they're cooler than they really are just because they have a house on campus. Avoid.

My roommate in new to theta and Im a new to another chapter here at UCF as well. We rushed the same time and I def pref at theta, however I let the tier comments get in the way. Everytime we are out she is acknowledged by her sisters whether we are at pub or on campus. There sisterhood is so diverse and genuine. Not saying mine isn't but there is definitely a difference.
