As a girl, I will say this: Sigma Chi has the hottest guys and a house that is FAR better than all the other fraternities. However, it is like you rounded up a bunch of final-club rejects... preppy, rich and white guys who aren't funny/ social enough for the clubs... AT LEAST the other fraternities (AEPI and KAPPA SIGMA) have a sizable amount of guys in frats and clubs... you can smell their insecurity about this!

Pros: Best fraternity in terms of popularity and parties. Guys have a good sense of brotherhood and definitely know how to party. Cons: House is a solid 20-minute walk/5 minute drive from campus. Not the classiest, most elegant parties. I would say Kappa Sigma is the best fraternity in terms of social presence, and on par with the lower-tier final clubs... which makes sense considering A LOT of the guys are in lower tier final clubs...

They're really great guys and definitely one my favorite groups on campus! They've blown up really quickly and they're definitely better than SAE, probably AEPi too. They should catch Sigma Chi soon and they're a great alternative to clubs.

Definitely top house at Harvard. They have a diverse group of guys from frat stars to guys with jobs lined up paying over 250k a year to entrepreneurs. 80% of parties are on fleek, 20% are a miss which happens when the attractive crowd in SAE doesn't show up. In the past two years they recently overtook Sigma Chi as top house.
