NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 They are still new but are definitely rising. They throw mixers, have been somewhat involved on campus and have a lot of pretty cool guys. Having a really nice house with a massive yard next year will help as well.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 They are honestly pretty active for a frat that just recolonized in the fall. Still have a lot of work to do, but they are rising pretty fast.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.8 Haven't thrown any parties yet and only mixed with bottom tier sorroites at clubs because they don't have a house yet. They're taking PRA's house next year, which is way past Alpha sig's. Apparently mixed with ADPi but that was only because DKE let them tag along. Fairly irrelevant

Definitely cooler than most chapters when they recolonize, but they still haven't thrown any opens yet, only mixers. Not sure if they will pick up any of the Sig guys, but that could help or hurt them

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.4 Used to be top house before they got shut down in 2002 and just got rechartered this year. Haven't done anything this year, but they should be growing. I heard they got a huge house that they'll be in next year.

They were HUGE back in the day in terms of numbers, 120+ . Potential to get big but so much competition on campus now
