Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.4 Used to be top house before they got shut down in 2002 and just got rechartered this year. Haven't done anything this year, but they should be growing. I heard they got a huge house that they'll be in next year.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Already have made great strides. Haven't held any opens yet, but have had multiple mixers and have a huge chapter house next year. Definitely rising fast

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 While they're new, they are making good moves already. Had a good rush. Set up a good social schedule and have a great group of brothers. House next year will be a big help.
