Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 somehow one of only places throwing open party this weekend the wait to get in was ridiculous cause they claimed no more room in their house and the guys at the door were not fit to handle so many people good time though I wish the choices for drinks were better causes just hearing Kamchatka is enough to give me nightmares not really any way to distinguish who in the frat or who wasnt outright especially since such insanely mixed crowd they had pong though and decent mix of music so it was fun

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.8 Irrelevant compared to like pike or phi psi obvi but rising. Probably about as good as dchi and tdx, which is decent considering they've only been on campus for a year or two I think

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 Honestly, pretty solid and kinda underrated for being new and they have a more impressive social schedule than a lot of other frats that have been around for a while. Seems like it's generally some normal guys with a few weird ones thrown into the mix. Definitely really nice and a bit different from your traditional frat star. They're gonna have a much better house for next year which will be good for their presence on campus and for their parties. Should be interesting to see where they go.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 Very nice guys, these are the types of guys that walk a girl home when she's too drunk or call her an uber (not the stereotypical frat douche that you usually get from a very established frat). Very impressive social schedule for a frat that's a year old. Genuinely nice guys and they have a lot of good looking guys. Def on the rise

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.4 Just started out but there are some pretty cool dudes in this frat. Maybe a few of them didn't get bids, but most of them are guys who didn't rush at all before joining it. Lots of charismatic, sociable people, but a few weirdos. Will be interesting to see where they go.
