Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.4 I've come by here the last two years and being entirely honest they've got themselves from nothing when I was a freshman to like mid tier today. House isn't much, but they've started throwing pretty descent parties and they've had some solid rushes. A lot of guys are low key, some are pretty wild, but overall they have one of the tightest brotherhoods for sure. Got a ways to go but on the right track.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 These kids are awesome. They are working on solving global warming, they helped tear down the Berlin Wall, and they volunteer every Saturday to fight terrorism. Sure they're not the frattiest guys, but c'mon who else is working on curing cancer on the row?

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.4 I don't see these guys much but checked out the house. It's a nice house and the guys get along great! It's nice to see a little more brown, black, and yellow in a frat house compared to the others. These guys aren't douches. Def bottom mid tier but coming up. They don't seem like ragers more like people who wanna have a good time. We'll see where they are going in the next couple years. Apparently they grew by 600% in the last couple of yrs was what I was told

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.2 This house has a good amount of diversity, but you can see the brotherhood for sure. The national chapter just lifted its ban on alcohol, so this chapter is still rebuilding but growing really fast. It's a middle tier because it holds itself together well and puts brotherhood first as a priority in moving up in the rankings instead of just trying to get girls. They mentioned quality over quantity at rush. I assume they will let the girls start rolling in once they start attracting more talent.

Not the best parties by far lol. More mild than wild. There are some cute guys though and overall they seem like nice people.
