Hey, Pike, why don't you focus on building your own house in the real world instead of manipulating your rank in the cyber one? Theta Chi doesn't claim to be a top house- in 2010, we finally got rid of the "no social event" rule mandated by our national that cratered the chapter over the decade the rule was in place. Takes time to rebuild rep, but we're steadily improving (hence the slamming by other houses here).

Anyone else got a problem with Pike trolls anonymously slamming on Greekrank? As long as they avoid pulling the stereotypical "fratty meat-head" recruits, Theta Chi will be a top house in the near future. Lambda Chi is heading in that direction, too, and with the same type of members.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.0 these guys have a stranglehold on top house for sure. These guys are doing so well, no other houses have any breathing room. All i can hope is that they don't choke and do something stupid.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 I had no idea who these guys were until they showed up to every philanthropy I attended! I can't escape them! If they keep bringing so many brothers to events, people won't know that other fraternities exist any other day of the week than Thursdays.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.6 Their 7 deadly sins party the other night was pretty awesome! People were raging and it was more fun then the aepi and sigma by that night. Wish they had more alcohol though it was hard to find some later in the night

It's filled with a lot of nice guys that want to bring their rep up so badly its working against them. About a third of the guys in the house don't give a damn about the fraternity's rank and are just looking to have a good time. Try and meet some of those guys in the house before making any assumptions about the house as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised to see this house become a top house in the next few years.

They have had some problems with risk management, but I assume that the media likes to blow stories way out of proportions, especially those related to greek life. I see more and more of them wearing letters and showing up in numbers to events. Last year they were a stagnant house in my opinion, but this year they have shown a lot of ambition.
