Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.6 Theta Xi deserves to have a top spot. Not based off this website but just based off the way they behave. They're gentlemen, they'll welcome you in and theyll keep you entertained. They talk to you before asking you to dance or play games or whatever. If youre ever alone theyll bring you into a group or theyll invite you to play games. I don't care about the childish down ranking. All you need to know is they're fun.

Their house is huge so they're clearly not recruiting, also it's entirely possible that people outside their house would know something as stupid as who won house sweetheart... And as far as the "up and coming" comments go, no they're not a top house, but if the only way you can deal with the reality of them becoming one is by bashing them on Greek rank that's pretty sad. Whether you're in Sig Chi or ZBT: downranking is just as bad.

Their house is perfect for dancing and having a great time. I can't wait for their quarterly!!
