Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 How can you say for sure whether these guys are self-ranking? Their house is huge so they're clearly not recruiting, also it's entirely possible that people outside their house would know something as stupid as who won house sweetheart... And as far as the "up and coming" comments go, no they're not a top house, but if the only way you can deal with the reality of them becoming one is by bashing them on Greek rank that's pretty sad. Whether you're in Sig Chi or ZBT: downranking is just as bad.

Their house is perfect for dancing and having a great time. I can't wait for their quarterly!!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 5.0 They have some pretty great Thursdays. I don't see why one guy keeps rating them down for being creepy or whatever. I always end up on the dance floor and I always have a good time. They're involved in campus, friendly, and they know how to approach a girl on and off the dance floor.
