SigEp is great except they need to build their brotherhood. Other fraternities have a pledging process and it obviously works so I think they need that too since their cliquey and younger guys seem very arrogant/disrespectful of older guys.

These guys are awesome. I feel like they are the most balanced fraternity on campus. They know how to have a good time, but also know when to buckle down and do work. Sure they dont have a pledge process, but they do not lack brotherhood. They are always nice and classy, and I'm very happy with the new group of guys they brought in. The calender they made was just a fundraiser too, calm down. But when you look around campus, the guys who are the most involved almost always tend to be from SigEp.

Once potentials start to realize that they can get the same good grades and be in any sorority, phi mu will fall incredibly hard. Incoming girls just need to realize this. As phi mu treats others more and more poorly, this all just becomes a matter of time.

okay, so some of the stuff on here is kind of mean. Now the lack of a pledge process has hurt SipEp in certain categories (ie. sentimental stuff like tradition and getting to know the brothers). That is only one semester of school though, so maybe not the greatest of problems. As far as personality of the guys go, the older guys i really like. Some new ones are ehhhh, but i don't think sigEp will fall back much.
