Deferred recruitment, and 2.7 gpa make it hard for all fraternities to grow to their potential. Due to small sizes, it’s hard for most fraternities to fill a Greek mansion which makes it so the the orgs don’t have much of a benefit compared to any other student club. Tbh if they took away deferred requirement or let Greeks live off campus, there would be greater benefits for ppl to go Greek and more returns from orgs operations and philanthropy. Rn fraternities beef for little to no reason and half the school year they aren’t at full strength in number and activities.
CNU Greek life is great for the size of school but it can always improve. Each frat has only about 1 house they use 2 at the very most. Need more houses and more friendly people. CNU Greek score: 6/10
lame as hell. the great parties here are like pregames at other schools
A large, welcoming community with lots of amazing people.
About 30% of CNU is Greek Life and are all involved on campus one way or another like GPhi’s Best Dance Crew, APhi’s Red Dress Gala, Psi U’s Friends of Phi Nu, etc. The party scene is what you make of it, CNU is no big school but there is definetly no shortage of fun to be had just got to know where to look!
The new houses are cool. 30ish% Greek is pretty good.
