No pledge process=weak brotherhood. Isn't that what it's all about? Plus these guys get snobby. Especially after being accepted as a brother without having to go through any process of proving that you're worthy to wear their letters. I consider this more of a club than a fraternity.

They've done really well this year with recruiting guys. They are fighting for the top fraternity on campus with Kappa Sig. Both groups are great, hope to see both organizations do more on campus.
