Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.0 These guys suck! Not one girl in MY sorority has ever had a good time at their parties so now we just don't go. Their general cleanliness is also pitiful, don't think I saw a single tube of toothpaste in their whole house!

The last time I had fun at Phi Delt was in 2014

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.2 Smaller pledge classes but consistently getting great guys. Always throwing cool parties and down for a good time. Mostly hang out with Skulls, KDs and Kappas. Fraternity full of athletes but plenty of NARPs to carry the weight when the athletes can't go out. Ignore the jealous and insecure beta and sigchi down ranks, the Delts are still top tier.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.2 My dad told me Phi Delt was pretty cool back in his day, went around a couple times and realized these guys were not the guys my dad was talking about. No longer a top tier frat. They have to try and pick off guys from Beta, KA and Sig Chi and have failed horribly as of late.
