Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 2.8 Two years in a row of small pledge classes. Clear sign of decline. Lost a bunch of guys to KA and Sigma Chi this year. Goes to show that Sigma Chi and KA are climbing while Phi Delt is falling.
