What happened to SEA. I heard PIKE got their old house and SEA used to be really good. Will they return?

The most selective house by far and highest pledge retention at UL. They let in a few squares towards the end that ratted them out to UL Greek Life for obvious reasons that got them off campus. Half of the chapter was from New Orleans. Partied hard and stuck to themselves.
