You are a horrible person. She is great and cares about the Greek System as a whole. She cannot fix what is broken within each sorority, she cannot fix that not every girl will get the first or maybe even second choice of houses, and she cannot fix that some houses have stronger support than others. She is under a lot of pressure given the current climate we are in and is doing the best that she can.

Not a great leader for Valparaiso University at ALL!!!!! Only has time for just a few favorites and doesn’t care about the actual girls. She gets paid to do a job but only wants to do the easy stuff, where she can be on stage and get the credit.

What exactly would you like her to
fix? How would you like her to fix the weak houses? How would you like her to fix the awful sisterhood of Gamma Phi? KD is working hard and they are moving up and gaining respect. BECAUSE they work at it. AGD will be fine if they have strong leadership to guide them. So to this person who keeps talking about her meetings, what would you like her to do?

She fosters a social class focused Greek system. She only talks and reaches out to her chosen few. This encourages an unsettling biased social status and class wars! Seriously, she just talks to the same “yes” people and doesn’t have time for others so how are things going to change?
