Each night the attire gets more formal. I recommend wearing dresses every night. The first night (philanthropy night) wear a cute sundress or romper and some sandals or wedges. The second night (values) wear a dress and some wedges. The last night ( preference) wear a nice dress and heels. You can't go wrong with a little black dress for preference night! Also text a picture of your outfits for each night to your Pi Chi. They can let you know if you should change anything!
It will be hot during the transitions and sometimes the AC goes out so I wouldn't recommend long sleeves.
