Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 2.4 They are already a better sorority than DG IMO but they have a lot of work to do to get up to speed with the other three. They have some good girls but I think the lower 20% really gives them a bad image. They need to be a lot more selective for the next 3 or 4 years and they will be fine. (Might wanna work on GPA too, most fraternities have a higher average...)
