Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 4.0 These girls have been known for being a bottom sorority and are shat on by KD and ADpi, but honestly they are not as bad as they used to be. each year their pledge classes get better and better. Don't trust everything you see on greek rank.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Tennessee Technological University - TTU 1.7 This sorority is definitely the weirdest on campus. They give a bid to anyone who wants it and they get off on trashing other sororities to make themselves look better. They can’t retain members and are a struggling chapter in most people’s eyes. Although the chapter does have some nice girls in it they are still a bottom tier chapter.

I like how you call yourself Panlove but go around trashing DPhiE, doing exactly what you say that their doing about other sororities. Never once heard them trash talk people. Their retention rate is so low because some girls never try to make friends in the sorority or some girls have financial issues come up. Also don't make it seem like DPhiE is the only one doing this because you probably know their the only genuine ones.

And yeah, they have a decent sisterhood if you are in one of the cliques. If you aren’t, you feel completely left out. The reason why they have such a low retention number is because if you aren’t accepted into one of the groups, you feel like a complete outsider who doesn’t belong. They don’t reach out to sisters often even though they talk about doing it. The same 10 or so people are the ones everyone always praises and talks about. It sucks when you join a group looking for friends and a home but the group isn’t very welcoming or homey. This goes for new members and current.
