As it is now, all of the Lower tier frats are rakning themselves, espicially sig-ep. Socially they are barely on the row. The best houses at SC are currently unranked on this site.

This is a solid house. I don't know if they are considered a top house, if there really is even one any more, but they definitely know how to have fun!!!
