Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.4 Blatant self-ranking. Closer to the bottom tier than the middle- you have parties with no girls and if they do come, creepy members of your house aggressively try to hook up with them. I will say that guys here are mostly nice but as somebody mentioned, a couple bad eggs ruin your house image. You might want to make them GTFO because they aren't doing you any favors.

Their social needs help- they really seem to have trouble getting girls to their parties (and if they do come, they don't stay long). For the most part, though, they're nice guys (some decently attractive), but unfortunately for them, their handful of loud, rude, wannabe fratty guys REALLY turn people off. I have a couple sisters who avoid Sig Ep at all costs because of bad experiences with one person.
