IUPUI was not my first choice, nor do I believe it was the first choice of any student who attends; however, I went into this year with an open mind and the desire to meet new people and try new things. With that being said, I am disappointed to say that my low expectations were proven to a tee. The education here is about the only thing I can't complain about. The social life is virtually non-existent, along with Greek life. Housing is minimal, as a massive abundance of students simply commute. The off-campus apartments are about the only place to party for this university, and those parties get busted almost immediately every single time. This college is more concerned with maintaining its overly liberal political agenda than it is with allowing its students to have a little fun. I appreciate their supervision, but it is frustrating and makes for a very boring and generic college experience. Every student who knows what they're doing is either traveling to IU, Purdue, or Ball State each weekend if they really want to have a good time. No good times allowed here! Cannot wait to transfer coming this Summer.
Honestly greek life at IUPUI is not that great. Just a bunch of house parties with the same people at them everytime
Greek life is on the rise at IUPUI. Above average compared to most schools. But, below average compared to schools our size.
pretty self explanatory considering its IUPUI
