social probation?

So the word on campus is that there is only maybe two or three fraternities that can actually have socials and fun. Is this true?

I've only heard that Kappa Sig and Sigma Nu are on social probation

No they definitely can't. You have to register it and you can't register a party if you're on social probation. Think Erin would let that happen?
